Hub DSMS is a marketplace platform that connects drone pilots with clients. We are an intermediary and facilitator — we do not directly provide drone services, employ pilots, or control drone operations.

2. No Operational Liability

Hub DSMS is not responsible for:

• The conduct, quality, or outcome of any drone operation carried out by pilots found on this platform
• Damage to property, persons, or third parties arising from drone operations
• Any violation of DGCA regulations or local laws by pilots or clients
• Disputes between pilots and clients regarding payment, deliverables, or scope of work

3. Regulatory Compliance

All drone operations in India must comply with the Drone Rules 2021 issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and regulations set by the DGCA. It is the sole responsibility of the pilot to hold all required certifications, obtain necessary permissions (e.g. DigitalSky approvals), comply with airspace restrictions, and carry appropriate insurance coverage.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to maintain accurate information on the platform, but we do not warrant that pilot profiles or certifications are current, that job listings are legitimate, or that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Hub DSMS is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hub DSMS, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hub DSMS and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or your violation of any applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

This disclaimer and your use of Hub DSMS are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
